The Final Protective Covenants Have Been Approved!!

A total of 96 "yes" votes have been received and verified by the Secretary. The new Protective Covenants were recorded in the Thurston County Land Records on 12/17/2009 as Auditor File 4127160.

A copy of the recorded document will be distributed to all homeowners, either by email or in paper form.

Congratulations to the Covenants Committee for a job well done!

The Final Protective Covenants are now available.

A total of 67 changes were made as a result of the Covenants Forum held in September and subsequent discussions by the Covenants Committee and the Board of Directors. All of the changes to the text can be viewed by reviewing this Microsoft Word document. An explanation of the various changes made can be found in the following spreadsheet.

PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FORUM

DATE: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH AT 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

LOCATION: MARSHALL MIDDLE SCHOOL CAFETERIA

The Covenants Committee and the Goldcrest Board of Directors encourages all members to come and give their thoughts on the proposed changes to the Protective Covenants.

The proposed covenants were mailed to all members in July. Please bring your copy of the covenants to the meeting. The materials are also available on the documents section.

The 5th Annual Goldcrest Picnic will be be held on Saturday, July 25th from 4:00 -7:00 PM at the common area on Goldcrest Drive where the swingset is now located.

Hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks will be served; please bring a pot luck dish to share.

A new version of the Protective Covenants Has Been Posted to the web site. A paper copy has also been mailed to each owner.

Additional documentation concerning the covenants revision is available in the documents section.
